who to blame

WELCOME to the RCMUG! We are a group of people dedicated to getting the most out of our computers. Our purpose is the education and support of people using the Macintosh Operating System, whether for work or play. And we also like to get together and have some fun.

RCMUG's bimonthly meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend and are held at the Gualala Arts Center at 46501 Old State Hwy, Gualala, California.

Meetings are held on the third Saturday of odd-numbered months and run from 2:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon.

NEXT MEETING: Saturday, November 17, 2001 at 11 AM to 2 PM.

The program this month will feature Bob Carter demonstrating the use of Adobe PhotoShop for making Christmas cards. The time for these cards draws nigh, so don't miss this one!

RCMUG meets again January 19, 2002. Meeting topics will include reports on the Macworld Exposition, San Francisco

RCMUG SIGs: In addition to our general bimonthly meetings, RCMUG occasionally holds SIGs for its members. A SIG is a Special Interest Group that focuses on a particular computer topic. SIGs are fun, interesting and informal; everybody is encouraged to ask questions and share their knowledge. Beginners and more advanced users are welcome.

BOARD MEETINGS: All RCMUG members are welcome to attend Board Meetings. Board meetings are usually scheduled early in the month of the general meeting. The next board meeting is scheduled for November 2001. Contact any board member for time and place information.

Club dues are $15 per year per household, January to December. Benefits include eligibility for free drawings and raffles of books and software, our newsletter, SIGs, book discounts, the use of the Library, and the loan of RCMUG's PowerBook 1400cs.
